"Always in search of good books"
This gel seems loaded with silicone thus it keeps a long hold on the hair. However, I think this product is ok for people with strong hair who washes everyday. If this gel is allowed to stay on the hair longer than a day, it becomes difficult to get a comb thru it without some breakage. It stiffens the hair, and does start to flake slightly after a few hours when it dries. I had this on my hair more than a day and when touching my hair it felt like a brillo pad.

This product gets a little to hard for my taste but I just put a little water on my hand to make it less thick and after that is perfect.

The picture of this item is very misleading. The size does not match the product shown. I received a tube of the product, not a pump. I was very disappointed.
