Although my hair is wavy, it's lightweight and on the thin side. I've tried many different hairsprays, and this is the only one I've found that helps keep my hair in place without weighing it down or making it too stiff. It doesn't have a "flowery" smell either...just does its job.

This product gives my hair a VERY light hold, so much so that by the time I walk in the wind from the parking lot into work, it's almost all out. I also don't love the smell. I don't know, it just didn't do it for me. Anyway, I hope I like Redken's color stay shampoo more because I just ordered that for the first time.

I have that kind of hair that is tough to tame. I enjoy wearing longer hair styles but more often then not find myself frustrated by trying to maintain a certain look, especially if there is merely a hint of moisture in the air. Very few hair sprays actually hold my hair for the duration of the day or at the very least the event I am attending. So far there hasn't been a situation yet where this product failed to hold the desired style. Of course if there is an inordinate amount of moisture or my hair somehow gets wet then of course the effectiveness of the product is reduced however under most circumstances, this product has not let me down.

I have been using this hair spray for years. It is wonderful. There is absolutely no build up, it holds, but it leaves my hair soft to the touch!
