 Excellent product for blonde highlights Apr 06, 2009

I love Redken's Blonde Glam products. Gentle enough to use daily on highlighted hair, and actually brings out the paler blonde highlights. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because my hair is pretty long and the conditioner by itself doesn't keep my hair as soft and silky as I would like. So I apply pantene smooth conditioner on top of the Blonde Glam conditioner, brush it all through, and wait a few minutes before rinsing. If I skip the Blonde Glam conditioner and just use the pantene, my highlights are dull and dark.

i recently highlighted my hair professionally and wanted a product to accentuate my highlights. it did the trick..but unfortunately it was very drying to my hair. it was very hard to run a comb through my hair in the shower while the conditioner was in my hair, which i normally never have a problem doing. i would not recommend this product if you highlight or lighten your hair, because it has the potential to be a little dry already and the conditioner would not nourish hair.

I was introduced to this at my new hair salon and loved it. It's not drying to my hair, which is normal to oily. You don't need a lot to get sudsy and it rinses easily. The product that arrived to me in the bottle is the real thing, not a copy or fake as another review mentioned happened to her.

One of the best Redken shampoos I have tried. Works great on my blond highlight hair (naturally brown). It smells great too, it has a clean citric scent like grapefruit. It appears to be the real thing too, I get nervous buying shampoo online because of the stories our hairdressers tell us about fake products. I compared the real thing (purchased from the salon) side by side with this shampoo (purchased from Amazon) and short of having it analyzed in a laboritory, it appears to be the exact same product, same scent, constancy, color, I can't tell the difference so it works for me. I'll be purchasing it again, it saves me a trip to the hairdresser and also a little money as I believe it is cheaper on Amazon. Arrived fast and packaged well. I would recommend this item and seller.

The treated water in our area was turning my white hair yellow. YUK. I had a couple of treatments at my favorite salon, but they were expensive and did not last. My stylist was having a sale on Redken products and recommended Redken Blonde Glam Shampoo and Conditioner. Since I started using it my hair has been shiny white, not a bit of yellow. Also, my Grandkids say "Oh, Grandma your hair is so soft". When I ran out of product, I looked on Amazon and found amazing prices. I'll forever be a loyal customer.
