Cute and easy Nov 23, 2008 The 4 colors combined in this kit were perfect for Halloween, even though I'll personally use them year round since I love pumpkin orange. The red is a shiny red that can be reused. The black coats well in 2 coats. The glow in the dark white isn't a fully opaque white, but it's not sheer. It tended to chip easier than the other colors, but it did glow in the dark amazingly well.
I did not like the decals though, I tried to use them on my nails and the plastic was too thick to lay well enough on the nail. I threw the little sheet away and just kept the nailpolishes.
