Fantastic Flat Iron, unpractical bag. Sep 12, 2009

The Flat Iron is fantastic and much cheaper than found in stores. It is better than most Chi models, because you can pick just how hot you want it. The bag that came with it was very bulky and not practical. It is the only downside to this product.

This product has worked perfectly. Before this, we were using the cheaper metal flat irons available at most local stores. This one with the ceramic plates works so much faster and more consistently. I highly recommend it.

Like this item and that the heat can be controlled so well. I just wish that the buttons were not on the top where my hands need to go.

The digital CHI is well worth the money. I'm very pleased with it and I've tried a lot of straighteners as I have naturally curly hair. Try it, you'll love it.

I got this CHI about 1 1/2 years ago, it worked great until one day it completely stopped working and gets no power to the unit. Reset button doesn't do anything. I've emailed CHI regarding it, and they won't respond. Their customer service is horrible.
