By Lori Strickland It's possible that this is just my pet peeve but when I use shampoo or soap I like and expect it to lather up. This shampoo does not lather up unless you use a lot. May hair is only shoulder length and instead of using a quarter size or half dollar size amount I have to use a cookie size amount to get it to lather up. Now it's entirely possible it gets hair clean without lathering up but I don't like it! I debated for a while before I tried this shampoo because it cost so much. Even after putting money down the drain trying to get a lather, I was Flatly disappointed with the results. My hair was neither "Big" nor "Sexy"; I get better results with Suave. The conditioner gets the same review; however, you can use a smaller amount for detangling but still neither "Big" nor "Sexy" or "conditioned".
